Sheriff officer who fatally shot suspect cleared by grand jury

A grand jury finds a sheriff officer was justified in fatally shooting an unarmed man in Albany County. Corporal Derek Colling was accused of killing Robbie Ramirez of Laramie during a November traffic shop. Video that night shows Ramirez drove off, so Colling followed in a pursuit that ended in gunfire. Relatives say Ramirez suffered from schizoaffective disorder. Colling was also involved in two deadly shootings that were also deemed justified while he was an officer in Las Vegas. He was fired from The Las Vegas Metro PD after video showed him beating a man.
