Criminal charges dropped in crash that killed 4-year-old boy in Cheyenne

Criminal charges have been dropped against a man who failed to yield when his pick-up truck struck and killed a young boy in Cheyenne. The Wyoming-Tribune Eagle reports a judge dismissed a count of vehicular homicide against the driver, who agreed to community service. Police say 4-year-old Aiden Mullinax and his mother Ashley Nowlin were struck in December of 2017. Aiden Mullinax was pronounced dead at the scene.
